Short version: we publish lender totals only, and we keep your email address only if you subscribe.
What we publish
BuyoutLenders publishes lender-level and market-level totals built from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s public 7(a) loan data. We never publish the names, addresses or any other details of individual borrowers, even though SBA’s files include them.
Newsletter signup
If you subscribe, we collect only your email address. It is stored with our email provider, Kit (kit.com), and used only to send the BuyoutLenders rankings email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to hello@buyoutlenders.com.
Site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
No selling or sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share your email address with lenders, sponsors or anyone else.
